CONCERNING
RATIFICATION OF TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

BY THE GRACE OF ALMIGHTY GOD,
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Considering:

• a. that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia signed Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a result of deliberation between delegates of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina on September 10,2002;
• b. that in relations thereto, it is necessary to ratify the agreement by a presidential regulation;

In view of:

• 1. Article 4 paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Constitution of 1945
• 2. Law No. 24/2000 concerning International Treaty (Statute Book of 2000 No. 1985, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4012);
• 3. Law No. 10/2004 concerning the Enactment of Legislation (Statute Book of 2004 No. 53, Supplement to Statute Book No. 4389);

HAS DECIDED:

To stipulate:

THE PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON RATIFICATION OF TRADE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA

Article 1

To ratify the Trade Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of Bosnia and Herzegovina already signed in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina on September 10, 2002 with the original text in English language as enclosed and inseparable from this presidential regulation.

Article 2

The presidential regulation shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For Public cognizance, the presidential regulation shall be published in State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
